BOOKING RULES:
To reserve a deposit of 30% of full vacation cost Is requested. The total amount for the half board treatment has to be paid at the Restaurant Desk.
Guest who renounce before 90 days of the beginning of the vacation, will be refunded of 50% of the deposit. There won’t be any refund if the renunciation comes later than this term.
If the Guest must renounce when the holiday has already started, he has to pay the full rate. Direction keeps Bungalows and Caravans at Guest’s disposal not more than 3 days from the day fixed as beginning of the holiday.
The departure’s day ,Guests must leave the accommodation within 10.00am and they cannot occupy them before 4.00 pm of arrival day.
CAMPING REGULATION:
This regulation has been written for the benefit of all guests of the Campsite and it must be respected by anyone. The Direction of the Campsite will accept any possible complain and will expel anyone won’t conform to the rules. The coming into Campsite implies the reading and accepting of this regulation.
1) The Direction is not expected to search for desired person except in cases of emergency.
2) To assure a good rest and to keep silence the bar at the entrance of the Campsite close everyday from 11,00 p.m. till 7,00 a.m. Therefore it’s forbidden to circulate with cars and motor-cycle during this time.
3) From 12,00 a.m. till 8,00 a.m. and from 2,00 p.m. till 4,00 p.m. it’s forbidden to use radio, TV and any noisy object. Loud noises must be avoided anytime and we kindly ask to all Guests to use them moderately during the day.
4) It’s absolutely forbidden to light fires especially in windy days. The transgressors will be expelled from the Campsite.
5) It’s forbidden to damage plants and flowers or other equipment, to dig holes in the ground around tents except in cases of absolute necessity; therefore it’s compulsory to re-establish good conditions of the ground at the end of the stay. Any damage will be charged by the Direction.
6) The Campsite is provided with rubbish containers. It’s forbidden to throw away paper and waste except in the containers provided.
7) Dogs are allowed only in the camping area but not inside accommodations.; they must be kept on a lead and they are not admitted inside the Restaurant, Bar and Pizzeria.
8) It’s not allowed to wash cars, motor-cycles, caravans and campers inside the Campsite. Please, turn off the taps after use.
9) The Direction is not responsible of any possible interruption of the hydro-electric service by the municipal maintenance.
10) It is obligatory to let the toilets and showers clean after use.
11) It’s not allowed to use the electric terminal in the sanitary facilities to plug irons, washing machines and electric stoves in.
12) To guarantee a good accommodation to all Guests the Direction will in case of need place or move cars, caravans, campers or tents.
13) Each Guest is obliged to keep valuables in their custody. The Direction is not responsible for any reason for the lost or theft of valuables.
14) All the Guests must park their cars or motorbikes in the free parking (not guarded), outside of the camping. The circulation inside the Campsite must be at moderate speed.
15) The occupancy of the Bungalow or of a tent pitch by a single person involves the payment of a two adults rate.
16) Check-out is every morning. All the Guests with tents, campers, caravans must leave the place available before 12,00 p.m. on the day of departure. All the Guests accommodate in Bungalows/Caravans must leave before 10,00 a.m. on the departure day, otherwise an extra night will be charged.
The Cash Desk is open from 8,00 a.m. till 12,30 p.m. and from 5,00 p.m. till 7,00 p.m. The payment could be made by cash, cheques or credit card (Visa). It’s not possible to pay with American Express, Diners or Post Credit Cards.
17) In case of necessity the Direction reserves the right to issue rules not previewed from this regulation.
